00:00 Hello
2:57 Ambulance volunteer & Father’s was a mine-sweeping nightmare
backing track “Restless” kindly provided by Highest Praise Productions.
5:26 “Lucy At The Gym” by my new favourite Jill Sobule. You might have heard her collaboration with some other ladies against net netrality in the song “God Save The Internet“. She’s not quite purely independent as she’s had a hit in the past and had albums out with mainstream record companies. But I’d never heard of her, and really liked her tunes. Her tunes I feature are indie. Check her out on iTunes to sample/buy her great music. I really like her lyrics and poetic, yet sad, while funny turns of phrases.
9:10 Saying goodbye to her Mum
11:29 Jill Sobule “Rock Me to Sleep”
just a nice song
13:43 Her laugh is amazing, even though she’s been through a lot
18:52 No comedy this time, but a great (more upbeat) song from Derek Clegg, “Dormant & Grey”
22:00 Explaining how I’m hoping to change the show to keep it going for its’ second year.
Bonus for website visitors only:
I heard a theme song from a TV show I haven’t thought of for years and thought about doing a little contest to see who could name some of these famous tunes (but I’ve not had responses from my previous audio contests, so email me or put a comment here if you want me to do it on the next show).

| Special thanks to Rob Costlow for kindly allowing me to use his brilliantly thoughtful and unique piano music. You hear it in the intro and outro, the song is "Family" from his CD "Sophmore Jinx". Join me and buy it here.
